Kristy Drutman, otherwise known as “Browngirl Green” is a speaker, consultant, media producer, and environmental educator passionate about working at the intersections between media, diversity, and environmentalism. As a young entrepreneur, Kristy has educated hundreds of thousands of people across the globe about modern-day environmental issues through speeches and media content as well as facilitates workshops centered around environmental media and storytelling in cities and universities across the United States. She's been featured in Forbes, Teen Vogue, New York Times, The Nation, The Guardian, Newsweek and more. She's a Grist50 Fixer, Create and Cultivate 100, a Bloomberg Green Champion, and was also 1 of 16 members of the US EPA's National Environmental Youth Advisory Council. Kristy is also the Co-Founder of the Green Jobs Board, a climate tech start-up bridging the equity and inclusion gap within the green economy through conversations, resources, and pathways to bring more diverse talent into the environmental field.

Kevin J Patel is an LA-based impact leader and policy advisor working at the intersection of culture, creativity and civic changemaking. Founder of Earth Era Institute and its predecessor, OneUpAction, Kevin builds platforms for intergenerational leadership on community-rooted climate solutions driven by culture and strategic storytelling. Previously, Kevin founded and chaired the LA County Youth Climate Commission (2022–2025), shaping one of the nation’s first youth-led policy bodies. He also serves as a National Geographic Explorer, an ambassador for both Amazon Watch and the Monterey Bay Aquarium, and a board member for numerous organizations including the Collidescope Foundation and LA Climate Week.

Emmy (she/they/ze) is a biracial queer activist, educator, and creative who serves as the youngest Executive Director of Earth Guardians. Raised in Phoenix, Arizona, she developed a deep connection to nature through time spent outdoors with her grandparents. She graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with degrees in Environmental Sustainability Studies and Business Management and a minor in Communication. While in school, she led several organizations and earned national recognition in ethics and sustainability competitions. Emmy now travels widely to speak on climate and social justice, advocating for racial and gender equity and empowering youth to drive environmental action and change.
